7-Day Return Policy

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• The item must be returned in its original packaging.

• The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

• The return must be based on a valid reason, such as receiving an incorrect item, a damaged product, a defective item, or another issue approved by Saqafat.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 3 hours of placing the order.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Product Replacement

If the delivered product is found to be damaged, defective, incorrect, or has a manufacturing issue, customers may request a replacement within 7 days of receiving their order.

To process a replacement request:

• The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

• Clear photos or videos of the product must be provided for verification.

• The product must be returned in its original packaging.

Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, Saqafat will replace it with the same product, subject to stock availability.

If the same product is unavailable, Saqafat may offer an alternative solution, such as store credit or a refund, at its sole discretion.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to an error made by Saqafat, such as an incorrect or damaged item.

Saqafat reserves the right to inspect all returned items before approving any return or exchange request.
